As you may know, fruit farms require a lot of upkeep to function optimally, and ours is no exception. Now that the mandarins and avocados are harvested, our crew will focus on other things like composting, and pruning and trimming trees. In warmer climates, we tend to prune in early spring, before the fruit buds appear.
